Philippine Telcos Fooling Filipinos, Here’s How

Part 2 of a series

In our previous post, we complained that sometimes the speed of Smart Communications Internet is just plain zero, zilch – 0.

Smart Communications boasts of Internet service of 8 Mbps up to 100 Mbps shared bandwidth speed.  But this is hardly the case. Look at the results of speed tests below run by a subscriber:

 

Several well meaning entities like Telecom Asia, the Asian Development Bank, Universities and Colleges, among many others, have painstakingly tried to root out the problem and ended up trying to analyze to death the cause of Smart Communications‘s and Globe Telecom‘s high pricing and excruciatingly insufferable miserable internet speed. F___g Shit!

The Ayalas of Globe Telecom, Manuel V. Pangilinan, Orlando Vea, Ramon Isberto and Napoleon Nazareno of Smart Communications thirst so much to explain to the public why their service is shit.  But they cannot even get around to doing that. How much more to improve their service?

Globe Telecom is doing austerity measures at present: Hundreds and thousands of its workers will be placed on contractual hire basis, like the thousands of workers of SM Shoemart who will never get a chance to be regularized.  Globe Telecom spends 1.5 Million pesos severance pay for its regular workers that leave the regularized staff inside Globe. It will take a horrendously huge miracle for Globe to think and spend out of the box and take on the challenge of improving its service to the public.

But if the Ayalas are willing to shed off the image of thieves, they can actually do it. And Smart will be salivating with envy when gigabit fast internet from Globe goes online.

None of the feeling-very-intelligent individuals and institutions that published and relentlessly continue dishing out this and that study about why Internet is slow in the Philippines have arrived at even the least respectable guess as to how these two giant companies survived bilking the public without returning a modicum of good, fast internet service and still have not yet been killed in the process.

These ogres should have been jailed by now, were it for absent anti-trust laws and rules and regulations in the Philippines similar to the RICO in the United States and its equivalent in other honorable, conscientious societies.

Sadly, the oligarchy are the only ones that survive and live well in this country. The rest of the not-haves non-hispanic indios and non-intsik just have to suffer all the inanities and oppressive conditions of living in the abnormal Philippine society and hope that the next day, there will still be bread to live by and fare money to go work with.

On the other hand, the thieving National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) – that have no running websites now due to hackers’ defacement resulting from extremely slow internet service – will not lift a finger to help or goad these two telecom giants to improve their service to the public. Much less the newly created agency of that faux pas, superlatively corrupt chief executive in Malacanang, called Information, Communications Technology Office – ICTO (short for IMPACTO).

The telcos are running a public service, for which they received a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN), but what are they doing? What are the monstrous NTC and the halimaw, kurimaw ICTO and DOST doing not rescinding their license? Por Dio Por Santo, the sinful people up there must be bashed several times to make them recover from their serious malaise.

This is an abomination.

If you observe and analyze the Smart Broadband speed test result in the screenshots shown above, you will note that the download speed of that particular Smart Internet product is around 1-2 Mbps.  But their upload speed is only a deplorably measly 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 Mbps. What kind of connection is that? What kind of happy interchange in our Internet can be experienced when you receive your data, you are supposedly getting a turtle paced crappy speed of 1-2 Mbps but when you send your data you get only a worm like, shitty inchmeal pace of only 0.2-0.4 Mbps. That is immoral!

How can you receive data at x Mbps and send at only 1/10x Mbps? What is the effective communication efficiency there or why have such an indecent network throughput measure? It is unthinkable!

Considering that Smart Communications, for instance, is billing its clients twice for the same Internet Service (you register with SURFMAX for 995 pesos one month then you re-register with BIG BYTES when, for every single day of usage, their Data limit is reached), what is the rationale for billing clients a horrendous amount of money when in Malaysia, Singapore among many other countries all around the world you get cheaper but better service, faster internet connection?

Furthermore, why should telcos sell Data piecemeal like selling cooked rice in cup, bowl, platter, pail, drum?  How stupid the strategic marketing thinkers of Smart could get just to get big money out of small idiotic pin size products!  When you have internet, everything from Voice, Video, Data Transfer, Music, connectivity of the Internet of Things (IoT) is already free! Why retail Data? These stupid summabitches need a spanking with spades on their foreheads.

 

This is blatant highway robbery, robbery in broad daylight.  And the government is just to happy to look the other way because they are benefiting from the unethical practice through gifts, rewards, bribes and other illegal forms of incentives.

Recently, the summabitch people of the crime-conniving and colluding National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) proudly announced that they are conducting tests here and everywhere on the bullshit speed of Philippine Internet Service Providers. They are finding out valuable information from the tests. The officials of NTC must be out of their frigging minds. Their own non-compliance with the rulings of the ITU, and ipso facto, no licensed telco, ISP will follow the law.

The conduct of tests do not, even in a very, very small way, help solve the problem of tormenting, agonizing, torturously slow Internet. Those crazy, moronic, greedy government officials and staff in NTC, ICTO, DOTC and their private sector hangers-on and lackies should hang for their sufferance of corrupt bribers and conspirators that pay them off by the dozens and dozens to hundreds of millions to keep silent about the open resistance, bold disobedience of everyone in the communications industry of the rules and regulations of the International Telecommunications Union.

 

Why conduct tests when all the voluminous published material of the trying very hard intellectual would-be masterpieces explaining lengthily about the issue of why Internet is so full of results of tests conducted there and tests made there and tests everywhere on the speed of Internet in the Philippines. Santa Santissima!!!

NTC, ICTO, DOST, along with their favored private sector BFFs are all guilty of violating the rulings and covenants embedded in the periodic and regular Resolutions of the World Radio Conference (WRC) assemblies organized by the International Telecommunications Union.

Giving away for instance the most powerful radio frequency to just one entity alone, Liberty Telecom Holdings Inc. (formerly organized by Raymond Moreno with F. Arthur Villaraza as his lawyer, and since around mid-2000 taken over by the group of Villaraza and former First Gentleman Jose Miguel Tuason Arroyo, a distant cousin of presidential candidate Manuel A. Roxas II) is a complete slap, a very painful one at that, on the face of the International Telecommunications Union.

Under the regime of the dark man in Malacanang. How in Heaven can he do that? How is the NTC Commissioner not being removed from office when he is a chimoy of the First Gentleman? Executive Secretary Ochoa is said to be a classmate and close friend. So what is the modus vivendi between the regime and Mike Arroyo?

If the NTC, the ICTO, DOST will not take back their decision to completely give away the radio frequency spectrum – the 700 MHz spectrum that penetrates through everything most effectively and is the most efficient, low-cost frequency spectrum to operate, SMC will topple Globe Telecom and Smart Communications but will have a Damocles’ Sword on top of San Miguel.

San Miguel Corporation will not be able to operate in peace. At present, SMC is nursing its wounds from the backing out of a sweetheart deal it had with Telstra of Australia – a former government company formed out of two public sector agencies of Australia.

A great deal of both open and underhanded tactics and strategies drove Telstra out of the SMC-Telstra joint venture.

The problem of SMC is that it does not realize that while Globe Telecom and Smart Communications are out to lose a lot if and when the SMC ISP and telecom business will go online, there are several ways to beat its primary weapon – the 700 MHz spectrum.

Technologies now exist that can cure the defects of both Globe and Smart. The only problem is that will the two giants get around to it and end the dismal state of Internet Service in the Philippines dominated by the two giant telcos?  That’s the 600 million dollar question.

Towards new doctrines on standards in engagement

In the 1st part of this series, we expounded on the dearth of the true Islamic component within the Islamic State, many other terrorist groups (Mideast, South Asian, ASEAN or African, Mediterranean models).

In that discussion, we arbitrarily assign the Jamaat – or the movement of liberation type of template. This model has more commonality with Marxist, Leninist, Nietzsche, or other similar left-of-center political ideologies or Nazi Ultra-Rightist that struggles to appear to be from the other end of the spectrum.

Russian, Chinese, German, Libyan, Cuban, Cambodian, other models in revolution, have many aspects in common with the mold however it can be said that much of the intellectual aspects of the political myth of the revolution needed to be adapted to the specific environment. In a more contentious manner, we can almost say that the myth is bastardized to the degree to which the leader or leaders perception of their environment is distorted.

The distortion cannot be helped but we cannot dwell on that here, you can always ask your own shrink anytime.

In the case of the Islamic State, we see the emergence of the acceleration of establishing the post-revolutionary, utopia-bound scenario promised by the ISIL political myth.

This is common in the many running revolutionary movements around the world today based on the so-called progressive ideologies that have been overtaken by the natural intellectual growth of political schools of thought.

As we noted earlier, the Jamaat / Marxist models necessitate the building of the critical mass or the United Front.

The concept of the united front in some cases, cannot be wholly interchanged with that of the pure mass base of the revolutionary front.

In the case of the Philippines, the template of the re-established Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) for instance, that essentially translated into its offspring the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), by operation of osmosis or enosis, also into the breakaway group the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) that is now working with the United States of America in building an independent “Juridical Entity” in Southern Philippines with coaxing from Malaysia, this template contains two distinct categories of the critical mass:

The Red zone – fully indoctrinated mass base. The revolutionaries are free to hold court and roam in the area without any risk to their safety. Every member of the community is either a revolutionary or very strong sympathizer.

White area – indoctrinated mass base mixing with the non-indoctrinated population as well as hostile forces. However, the revolutionaries, hostile forces often than not, reach a modus vivendi not to harm or endanger each other within the confines of the zone – one of fundamental reasons by which it is defined as a “white area.” The revolutionaries and leaders are able to visit the zone but with appropriate caution.

As of the present moment, the situation of the Islamic State in occupied parts of Syria, Iraq is fluid. Therefore it cannot categorically be said that the same occupied areas are already wholly contained, red-zonized.

With dastardly, iron handed tactics such as ISIL’s swift mass executions or targeted assassinations that we suspect is also being carried to the extremes by the Boko Haram in Nigeria, the Islamic State is working towards transforming their new occupied settlements into “red zones” – or in their parlance, the Caliphate.

Engagement

It can therefore be said that the policy of more controlled drone attacks by the U.S. – notwithstanding or probably because of the fact that the drone capacity of U.S. is overwrought, will be a very sensible policy.

Without higher controls, there is danger of contributing to the radicalization of survivors within the Islamic State white area that are not wholly sold out to the ISIL ideology but merely trapped inescapably therein by circumstance. The drones can endanger and kill innocents and make their bereaved instant converts into radical, extremist, terrorist killers.

The overall concept of targeting should be as in the case of the special warfare mindset used during hostage rescue assaults or similar templates and platforms. Coalition forces fighting ISIL cannot use the shotgun approach in attacking ISIL strongholds as these contain large numbers of trapped innocent civilians.

Why the ISIL appears to be a different animal than the Al Qaeda is that the ISIL is a mere continuation of the insurgency in Iraq following the invasion that merely spread out to Syria, now in Yemen.

It must now therefore be understood that what lies beyond our entire portrait of the ISIL as a simple revolutionary, liberation front, is either entirely reversed or completely contradicted.

It will appear that the ISIL is bound together by an ideology that is more Ultra-Rightist, Nazi-inspired. Its entire configuration is almost a duplicate of the regime of Saddam Hussein but with bits, pieces of Islam thrown into the mix, some revolutionary political myth elements, the entire soup dish can actually be somewhat tasty to the uninitiated, the psychologically impaired all over the world today.

There is no real Caliphate, everyone from the ISIL side of the fence and all of the rest of the world outside the imaginary lines defining this terrorist organization know this to be true.

It is merely the Republic of Saddam Hussein Ba’athist Political Party resurrecting, with a revolutionary flavor, and not without the original terror tactics and methods of the Jihaz Al-Mukhabarat Al-Amma – the infamous Iraqi Intelligence Service whose most notorious leader was Rafi’ Dahham Mejwel Al-Tikriti – who at one time also served as Iraq’s Ambassador to Turkey.

In the particular case of ISIL, how do you fight the resurrected Jihaz Al-Mukhabarat Al-Amma and that Ba’ath once again?

The Kidnapping-for-Ransom (K & R or KFR) is an old tactic, it has no originality nor novelty to it.

As to why Turkey is being accused of showing that it is exceptionally loyal to and is consistently almost in complete collaboration with ISIL, we cannot even begin to imagine the strong ties that exist between ISIL and Turkey and the inner, unwritten reasons why these two entities are ultimately gravitating toward each other in pursuit of someone’s doomsday scenario that is only simplistically designed to rid the planet of unsuspecting victims by their own doing or undoing.

A new Doctrine of War against groups like ISIL should be able to define the path for 94% of world population that are insane and who are just about primed well enough to slowly but surely engage in the act of killing one another.

A new Doctrine should entail massive restructuring of intelligence and increasing cognitive and other similar ability for the forces sent to war.

An intelligence structure retrofitted with a design that will not allow letting populations or its members be killed and decimated.  A structure and system that shouts if a Coulibaly or Kouachi is under watch but the casing has been dropped – the heck if these Coulibalys or Kouachis commit a series of crimes or terrorist attacks against unsuspecting civilians or police or military personnel.

Intelligence and investigation that makes us safe instead of afraid.

A new Doctrine should be able to read into the situation not from the point of view of the conventional wisdom alone, but from out of the box.  As it appears, conventional wisdom is the one that keeps getting our troops and on occasion, civilians, killed in the hands of terrorists.

A new Doctrine that is fearless, unafraid, that has the nerve to warn the public or even single individuals of coming danger instead of a the schemes that allow people to get killed to prove a point and enact inhuman rules and policies.

A new Doctrine should consider the broad and recent historical frameworks within the broader context, beyond the Biblical, Judaic, Clausewitzian, Confucian, or similar other outdated premises that have pre-formed present schools of thought in warfare doctrine.

If we do not see the signs of long ago, and recently of foreigners joining ISIL or in many ways even the Boko Haram in droves, the psychotic affair at Ferguson, and many similar known and unnoticed occurrences, we the 94% supposedly sane and slightly mentally ill, are truly fucked.

Perspectives for the Future

The psycho-social implications of the emergence of ISIL are tremendous. In a world defined by the situation painted by OXFAM International as exceedingly lopsided where 1% of the globe owns 50% of the all the wealth in the world and 99% of the earth’s population own only the other 50%, the words of renown psychologists ring true: the small minority of about 6% that are labeled as severely mentally ill or about 20% who are generally insane are the ones that are normal.

The majority of 94% of supposedly normal or slightly insane who label all the others as extremely psychologically pathological and a danger to society, are the ones that are in a state of bonkers.

In our current state, the proximity of 94% of the global population getting one idea or other about joining the ISIL is greater than 6% of severely ill patients in and out of mental hospitals being recruited into the terrorist organization.

This is the due to the combined effect of all the inequity, imbalance in the distribution of wealth, opportunity, the failure and miscarriage of justice through the acceptance of bribes and favors by judges, prosecutors and advocates, the apparently deliberate neglect to safeguard people from disasters, massive corruption in so many countries, the continuing theft by the wealthy and the powerful on the poor resulting in more and more inequality, suffering, poverty, social ills, psycho-somatic diseases, criminality and not to discount the policy of the 1% to kill billions to erase part of the world population that pose a very considerable threat to their continued lavish and criminal existence in this planet.

This is what we get for being a complacent 99% to the whims, caprices, evil designs and the real and actual mental disturbance of the 1% who cannot satiate themselves with the immense wealth they have.  As if all that power and influence will make them smell like roses in their graves when they dive 6 feet under.

It is theretofore, our sad situation that is contrary to what the Israeli Ambassador was saying over CNN that every single terrorist’s shot, bomb, knife blow, is a blow of Radical Islam against humanity. Against all of us.

The dire, painful, morbid truth is that, 94% of all of us in the populations around the world who are not receiving treatment for severe mental disorder, are going to be the ones killing each other.

And all our friends in the 1% of the population – with the exception of those that truly still have the minimum decency remaining in them will say, “We done a good blowjob all.”

What is a Sustainable Remedy to Terrorism?

France just suffered from deadly terrorist attack. The policemen and civilian victims were struck with high powered weapons by terrorists claiming to be ISIS but that authorities are saying are members of and trained by Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

Whatever the affiliation of those terrorists, it does not matter. What matters is the question that had been ringing in our ears for more than a decade now: Does the Military and law enforcement need to redesign, re-engineer their existing war and peacekeeping method?  Most certainly, they do.

Both military and police science are incontrovertibly applying biblical, Judaic, or else Confucian as well as variants of the marriage of eastern and western strategy and tactics in the conduct of warfare or militia work.

The question is, are these disciplines carried over from millennia and centuries-old systems still effective after millions of mutations of the demeanor, the character of aggressors?

The Treaties, Conventions that globally govern the standards in the Rules of Engagement, are just as Jurassic as the very systems of warfare that spawned them from the very beginning.

Out of most ideological systems, particularly the so-called progressive ones that emerged at the turn of the 19th century, came the concept of revolution, which creates, as the Marxist-Leninist doctrinaires dub as the “New Man” and Friedrich Nietzsche christened as The Übermensch – the Geman for Overman, above human, or “Superman.”

Nearly everyone around the world today who prefers to stay with the conventional wisdom and wants to pitch in their two cents worth into the discussions and workshops on how to provide enduring solutions to terrorism is trapped in the obsolete, age-old systems. In terms of philosophy and culture, they keep on blaming Islam, keep on attacking Islam, they strike at the so-called intolerance and mock the antiquatedness of the religion of Muslims.

This is stupid and foolish. Only sheer morons will not be able to recognize that the main ingredient in the current make-up of the supposed “Muslim” member of the terroristic Islamic State is no longer characteristic of the real Islam.

The declaration to engage in Jihad by groups like the old Palestine Independence groups and then the more recent Al Qaeda, the Jemaah Islamiyah – that in the first place were all part of the project of the western governments as well as many other violent groups to throw out Russia from Aghanistan as well as crushing its puppet organ, the Taliban therein, is even just the least bit Islamic.

Not to be oversimplistic about it, but at the danger of being so, we maintain the posture that most if not all of the present terrorist groups are sheer psychopathologic anomalies. The members of the current terror organizations hide under the cloak of Islam by declaring themselves to be free of control and regulation. As the proponents of “Happy Islam” say, extremism is the height of “irrationality.”

These groups do not possess the true spirit of Islam and pretend to be fighting everyone and all, thinking that everyone outside their group is barbaric and therefore should be killed, maimed or rendered disable.

For a more lasting solution to the fight against radicalism and fanaticism, new systems of thought need to be developed.

The 21st Century Warfare Doctrine should already be formulated to replace the relic and fossilized ideas and concepts of many millennia and centuries ago.

In the struggle to combat the effect of the so-called Islamic terrorist group for instance, to understand their current Fourth Generation (4G) or asymmetric warfare one must first be prepared to accept one of the new variants of strategy and tactic of such armed groups.

One must consider the new threat radical groups as central to some form of “ideological warfare” and at the core of their belief is a variation of a mold of “revolution” that envisions a “post-revolutionary” (e.g. Islamic State, a bastardization of the Ummah) and that condition not dissimilar to Utopia.

This particular mold, may arbitrarily be called a “faurat” – in reference to an Islamic revolution, a revolutionary group or a movement.  The Nietzschian superman and the Marxist new man thereafter comes into play here.

As soon as the participant in the “faurat” gets indoctrinated, the fighter becomes reborn. The new member becomes a new person, a superman or superwoman. At that point, the former personality of the new member, given the intense education within the terrorist organizations, is effectively erased forever.

(The Arabic term of faurat, “Revolution” is not found in any of the pages of the Holy Book al Qur’an.)

Analysts call this as injecting great doses of poison ideas into the mind of the new member.

After a group of the superman and superwoman becomes viable and functional, as in the majority of ideological movements, the critical mass of supporters is formed – it is called the mass base or the united front. In the context of ideologues, this is the “water where the fish will swim within.”

What will further develop this new member is taking him or her into prison together with other fellow terrorists.

As Marxist-Leninist thought instructs, every man is steeled upon being captured and detained in a prison cell. Instead of diminishing the new man or superman’s capacity, prison forges a more formidable person out of the captive. One of the high points of Marxist tenets is that once you are imprisoned, you must exert all available means to free yourself to be able to fight again.

Superman Antithesis Doctrine: The New Warfare

Ultimately, the best form of technology for fighting the anomalous “faurat” model of asymmetric warfare is to view the terror organization as a bonding together of supermen and women. That these individuals, as supposedly irrational and rendered robotic through harsh mind conditioning, are no longer human nor imbued with any form of compassion and feeling.

New ways of dealing with such kind of adversary that considers themselves figuratively as “invincible,” “indestructible” ought to be modeled. This is going out of the box, but as it happens, that box is too obsolete that it has already crumbled a long time ago.

By modeling the superman, the invincible, indestructible doctrinaire, can more or less be predicted within a few measures of error.

With such modeling, specific means of neutralizing such kinds of individuals must be devised that does not necessarily make the one applying the measure become stripped of any remaining humanity.

As a more advanced and forward thinking but more expensive measure, the superman must never be allowed to develop into a superman or new man at all. That entails gargantuan effort but what does it matter if it will help keep so many innocent victims safer in the future? And the life of the victim saved may be that of the President, a future Minister or Secretary or else a big CEO of a successful company tomorrow?

During their capture, the superman terrorist must be provided only with isolated chambers and never be allowed to mingle with captured terrorists. As futuristic stories have it, it might even be better to place them instead in cryo state or else dealt with in any other manner that renders them rather less harmful than before.

An important facet of this school of thought of warfare however, is preventing the formation of mass base or the united front.

It must be borne in mind that the base of knowledge and experience that produced our current outdated systems of warfare from the Middle East, to Sun Tzu to Clausewitz to Hitler and many others, was at best not that full of valuable input that may even be put to shame by the capacity of regular seven year olds in our present day.

With so much data in our midst, the proliferation of software, hardware and other capabilities for creating new means of engaging in modern warfare, fighting terrorists, conducting really efficient and modern law enforcement, it is appalling how everyone is still surprised at attacks that happen “all of a sudden” and without any “forewarning” at all.

This is the stupidest and most idiotic situation that all military and law enforcement forces as well as policy and decision makers are all in.

There is a way to deal with the new “faurat” form of terrorist group or Jamaat (movement) as it were, it will take just the great will to remove the resistance to the forging of new strategy and tactics that can effectively improve combating these superman and superwoman cells, cluster of cells, or whole large-scale organizations that include the critical base of support or in the case of the Islamic State, a mass base that that can also be used as mass of hostages.

Military science and police science need to improve, with the potential of new forms of warfare emerging in our world today.

Without new approaches and new directions, without an acceptance that we are all still enmeshed in using and rationalizing extremely old-fashioned ideas and concepts, more attacks will happen in the near future and the aggressiveness of the terrorists will ever increase simply because they will always succeed and security forces are always likely to fail.

Unless of course, the current economic elite, who are supposedly pushing their vision of a New World Order, compatible with the thoughts of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Nietzsche, are the same ones that are perpetuating the decrepit, useless system of engaging in warfare and using the archaic, outmoded Treaties and Pacts on rules of engagement, treatment of prisoners of war, to enable the new order to come about.  Treaties that we should have done away with even before the new millennium had come about.

Uninvisible, Unsilent World War

To the 17 victims that recently died in France, we extend our sincerest condolences.

We publish below a short article about the forthcoming solidarity rally in France that will be attended by other state leaders, notably from Spain.  We dearly hope and pray that the event will push through with success and without incident.
 

The forthcoming rally in France will be unprecedented. While past cooperation between erstwhile enemies have taken place mostly in neutral territory, the coming of the leadership of Spain to France to show solidarity against terror and whatever else that is behind and propelling it, is a great historical milestone.

History will show how deep the enmity that came to develop between France and Spain in the old times.

The so-called usurpation of powers, treachery, vengeance, mutually assured destruction between the two former royalties spanned centuries – even millennia.

Today, with the biggest combine in the world – the United Nations – not having any immediate solution to the uninvisible, unsilent emerging world war – that is actually a proxy war openly featuring the ISIS or ISIL and such insignificant, hitherto obscure groups like Boko Haram, former enemies embrace each other as a sign of unity and will dedicate their nations’ endeavors toward broad-based cooperation in helping resolve the problem of terrorism.

Without the artificial elder brother’s help, it is high time the two countries face each other’s plights squarely and start a new road of full and unhampered cooperation, sharing and joint efforts.

Like France, that has more than six million Muslims in her population, Spain, that was formerly overwhelmed by Arabs conceded some of its territories to a large community of Muslims.

However, the eventual benevolent influence of Islam and Arabic culture has helped Spain rather than cause its dereliction and downfall.  If anything, the presence of the Arabs – now largely boxed in unnecessarily into Spain’s Los Andaluces(Andalusians) has illuminated, enhanced, greatly contributed to Spanish culture and permeated into many of Spain’s institutions – not the least of all being its language, mores and traditions, etc.

Spain joining hands with France is a bright star to the Muslim populations in the two nations but also a great triumph for the two peoples.

It signifies the process of transformation, of moving forward and re-engineering relations, making defense and economic, social infrastructures more vibrant and unfettered by old constricting limitations.

The path towards becoming both wretched victims of the tasteless, proxy violent conflict that has now reached its apex to become a quasi world war, will henceforth be a little bit eased with kinks in the ties between the two countries erased.

The common enemies of the two formerly great powers are not few and far between. They are many. But with stronger cooperation and joint undertakings, the peoples of both France and Spain will be victorious.

The Senate Investigation into the stealing of United States Dollars Eighty One Million (US$81,000,000) appears to be useless. They have not been able to unearth the true and real facts about how the stealing of the money actually took place. And where is the money now.

 

The central and key role players Kim Wong, Maia Santos Dequito, Lorenzo Villanueva Tan and other officials of RCBC including those of other banks, the casinos, will never reveal the real truth about the transaction. They will merely keep saving their hides and divert the investigation somewhere else.

The premise for this dishonorable removal from the rolls of RCBC are as follows:

 

1. Just because Tan and Kim Wong are good buddies, Tan should still have conducted proper due diligence on the source of the fund that will be transmitted to the Philippines from its foreign origin. In which case, the FINCEN and financial intelligence should have been notified and involved, along with the rest of the verifying authorities in the international banking community – not the least of which is the international anti-money laundering secretariat.

 

2.  Tan and his subaltern Maia Santos Dequito refused this because they needed to push through with the transaction without any hassle. But it was incumbent upon them to stop the transaction if and when there were irregularities particularly on where the money originated from.

 

3.  When the transaction was already in progress, Tan and Dequito, withdrew large amounts of money for themselves as manifested by a witness who saw Dequito’s car being loaded under her own instructions with no less than Philippine Pesos Twenty Millions (Php20,000,000). Did they include other members of the Board or key officials of the RCBC?  Then they did not implement the stop order from the New York originating bank and the stop request from Bangladesh Central Bank.  How cruel, beastly and stupidly greedy is that?  They knew that shit will hit the fan, but come hell and high waters they proceeded to release the funds. Are they that beholden to criminals?  Dequito was also under instructions to fly away as far and as fast as possible but she was technically accosted, short of being arrested, by officers of the law at the NAIA prior to her flight.

 

4.  Lorenzo Villanueva Tan and Maia Santos Dequito knew that there were knowledgeable individuals and institutions that could help them. They were even introduced properly to those entities. But they lifted their chins up high, berated those parties and stated in no uncertain terms that they already had the situation under control. How stupid is that?

 

Criminals never know when lightning and thunder will strike. And that they will be the next victims. Like all gamblers, criminals always go into the commission of crime knowing that they will succeed.

 

The natural law prevailed in this case and Tan and Dequito might go to jail for all we care. But the government must resolve this case and not be a pushover or a whitewasher if it must preserve the image of the country in the international financial community.

Sharing Information – Very Difficult Process

French President François Gérard Georges Nicolas Hollande, France’s security workers, police and the people of that bastion of Liberté could possibly be in big trouble.

But they will not be alone. The United States, Philippines along with a large chunk of Asia, Israel (an almost 100% likely target always), among several other highly vulnerable countries will be targeted. In the recent attacks in Paris’ (multiple attacks against Charlie Hebdo offices), the Al Qaeda supposedly takes responsibility for the attack. This is mostly just interlocking with the current wave of Iraq-Syria Islamic State group’s highly organized and determined terror acts fueling a vision of a world war.

The Al Qaeda, dominantly Sunni but on many occasions accommodating members of the other faction of Islam – the Shiites – is nearly in a state of collapse even if its remnants are still mostly burning with the same fervor and dedication with which they joined that organization.

This recent attack in Paris, France however underscores the pledge of the Islamic State to attack France for being poised to or actually helping in sending its own troops to fight against IS in Syria and Iraq.

We have always maintained that being basically Sunni, Islamic State is going to be a very formidable enemy. The Sunni faction of Islam is the bedrock of the world Muslim community. (A sub faction the Wahhabis are the ones that perpetrate extremism. The Islamic faithful distinguish Sunni however from Wahhabis)

The Islamic State leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, on the other hand, organized or helped pioneer the Jamaat (movement) group that is one of the most dominant terror group formats in Asia and elsewhere, as can be culled from the following: 

Jamaa al-Islamiya  –  Egypt

Jamaah Ansharut Tauhid – Solo, Java, Indonesia and has bases across Indonesia including in Aceh and Central Sulawesi. Also known as Jemaah Anshorut Tauhid. This group had earlier pledged full loyalty and solidarity with IS.

Jumaa Abu Sayyaf – Philippines

Tabligh Jumaa – Philippines

Tablighi Jamaat – India

Tablighi Jamaat – Pakistan

Tablighi Jamaat – Afghanistan

Jemaah Islamiyah – Indonesia

Jama’a Islamia – Malaysia

Other countries like Singapore, China, Thailand, Tajikistan, also plagued by problematic Islamic issues.

This “movement” now has cells all over the world, recruited through various means – including electronic communications and their loyalty and behavior governed in part through the help of such means and social media. In the Philippines, still in jail up to this time, is one of the most notorious leaders and pioneers of Jamaat of Indonesia (Sulawesi), Agus Dwikarma.

Fathur roman al-Ghozi, one of Agus’ colleagues, who became Agus’ classmate in jail at the Philippine National Police Intelligence Group (PNP IG) detention cell was allegedly able to make a “daring escape” with the help of several large black sports utility vans waiting for the terrorist outside the PNP IG building.

Some quarters including most especially the doomsday prophets have suspected for a long time that a world war will be triggered by a Islam-Christian/Other Religions conflict.

That suspected scenario is upon the world community now. Judging from the worldwide response to the call for small jihad by Baghdadi the leader of IS, and one of the pioneers of the Jamaat concept, it cannot be denied any longer that a vast number of nations are now irrevocably involved in the hitherto proxy war in Syria and Iraq. What is taking place today began as the uprising of troubled, highly aggrieved Iraqis resulting from the US bombings of Iraq during the 1990s, the atrocities committed there of which many prefer to be silent about, all the forms of suffering by the Iraqis due to the acts of their own fellow citizens making the wrong decisions.

Why will France be a destitute island in all the unfolding events? Why are the other countries that are unfortunately separated by miles from France going to be on the same road? British Counter Intelligence MI5 Chief Andrew Parker says that he reveals for the first time in 14 months that there will be a mass casualty attack in the offing.

Why this information is only being given out now after the Charlie Hebdo massacre and the Paris store siege probably took a lot of agonizing on the part of the MI5 chief. The clan of the present British Royalty that sprung from a small part of Italy that bred the world’s economic elite may not be awed with France – one of the long time archenemies of the old English.

Even if the creation of the much accursed banking state of Switzerland is due in part to the contributions of France and its loyal Knights Templars, the controlling and dominant cultist group that runs the world banking system incline towards following the British and German as well as a pseudo Israelite or Judaic groups.

France’s being a parent of the Swiss city-state, is not of any consequence and it is therefore eternally going to be an outsider due to long-running vendetta against it by the English. In terms of sharing intelligence, the Charlie Hebdo massacre and the recent killing of police officers by the same group, the hostage crisis in a Paris shop, became well discussed and much analyzed with many inputs coming in belatedly that were supposedly held at bay – only after the fact. If what the MI5 chief is saying is true, and it is truly believed that it is, then future raids by terrorist groups will not be informed to France or the other luckless countries plagued by the Jamaat infiltration since the 1990s.

It will therefore be an occasion to declare in the open at that time, that indeed there is already a world war. And the means to successfully create that particular dream of removing a large part of the world population for a selected few will have been realized. What remains to be done therefore is to come together and form a united front for all the affected countries that have been injected with the Tablighi Jamaat or simply the Jamaat virus now being carried by the ISIL to their own utter destruction and bringing down with them to hell the myriad of innocents (with particular attention to members of uniformed services and the media that are supposedly the wicked and devilish opposers of Allah and Mohammed).

If any or a combination of the infiltrated countries that are not cooperating with each other very well receive another blow in the near future, who will help them? Notwithstanding the feuds long existing between nations, the dream of reducing the world population to stave off coming hunger and anarchy will not allow some world powers to share the stage with others. Since France needs to be left out together with other poor victim countries of what is to come, then the French and their fellow wretched peoples have to muster the greatest will to rise up and collect whatever old or new information they can gather to prevent any more massacres, hostaging crises or worse, an MCI – mass casualty incident.

Any lesser effort will place France and its fellow wretched nations on the map of the world’s highly dispensable, in danger of extinction territories. In terms of forewarning against disasters the United Nations has not lifted a finger to prevent casualties from happening. That organization is just the functional fingerling or quisling of the economic elite.

Uproot rotten Banana tree now!

There is no better opportunity to uproot the bad banana tree that is the present oppressive regime than now.

 

Time has come to stop complaining about how awful our so-called Filipino race is.  We all know who is causing the trouble.  The only thing that we need to do is to act as one and link hands to form a really powerful front.

 

The trillions of pesos the regime is stealing from the coffers, thanks to a well self-trained former hungry-as-a-wolf budget chief and unscrupulous finance head of the greatest thief of them all – the leader of the regime, is all a great waste.  When all that money could feed a lot of our fellowmen in the poor sector and build and support roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, barangay clinics, provide jobs and livelihood, create a small dent at least in the brain drain among many other benefits, we are allowing these resources to be stolen right in front of our face.

Marinduqueños need your help badly

Nothing has changed for us even with just light rain, the floods always come.

But something scarier and more horrible threaten the people of Marinduque.

Chest-deep floods come even when there are no typhoons and these are dire warnings that at any time there will be rushing sudden floods again pouring into the communities from the abandoned dams of Marcopper Mining Corporation.

In the past, when the dams exploded, not just water but tons of toxic waste, dirt and chemicals flowed from the mines at Maguila-Guila Dam and Tapian Pit.

There is no other river or riverine network onto which these highly toxic flood waters will flow down the Boac river at Mogpog and this will submerge the entire town downside. 87,000 lives are at stake.

Thus a petition on Change.org was started by Jonathan Subagan Jr. from Boac, Marinduque. There is now a most pressing need because his kababayan (townmates) need your help so that the government will listen.

Their call is not to wait for another tragedy to occur – their most feared worst nightmare.  Check the integrity of the surviving dams and act on it now.

This had already happened before and it was dubbed as the biggest mining disaster in the history of the Philippines. (Watch the video here and sign the petition) 

And because until now the people of Marinduque are still fighting for the obligations, damages and compensation from Marcopper Mining Corp. and Placer Dome, the Canadian company that owns it, for almost two decades the maintenance of Maguila-Guila Dam and Tapian Pit have deliberately been neglected by its owners. 

The US Geological Survey (USGS) and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau themselves said that the likelihood is great that these decrepit dam structures will definitely crumble.

The Marinduque communities now demand action from the government as soon as possible. Will You join them?
